Do you have questions about DACA ? Read below
If you filed DACA previously with Centro Romero you MUST bring the following
- Employment Authorization Card, License/ID, and Social Security Card
- Last Tax return and last 3 paystubs (from employment, unemployment, or person supporting you)
- Money Orders: $495 for USCIS and $300 for Centro Romero
- Any and All Criminal Records
If you did NOT filed DACA with Centro Romero you MUST bring the following
- Employment Authorization Card, License/ID, and Social Security Card
- Last Tax return and last 3 paystubs (from employment, unemployment, or person supporting you)
- Money Orders: $495 for USCIS and $300 for Centro Romero (an additional $50 fee for the consultation and $30 for our computer system may be requested)
- Any and All Criminal Records
- Copy of Previous Application sent to Immigration

The legal system we use charges $50 to open a case, although we offer free consultation services there is a $50.00 fee (non-refundable) to cover the technology used for the consultation needs.
