Free Flu Vaccine Event

The Public Benefits staff together with Walgreens would like to invite you to a Free Flu Vaccine event on:

- Wednesday, September 9th, from 10am-1:30pm 

- Pueblo Unido Gallery at 6212 N. Clark St. Chicago IL 60660.

Everyone can get vaccinated including children starting at the age of 6, we look forward to seeing you at this Health Event!
