In Guatemala, Children’s Day is celebrated on October 1st and in commemoration of that yesterday in Quiroga College Chicago we worked on a Children’s Day event with Dr. Carmen Arellano of Heartland Alliance, the General Consul of Guatemala Billy Muñoz Consulado General de Guatemala en Chicago, Diego Samayoa the Administrative/Operations Manager of Centro Romero and Henry Cardenas Coordinator of Student Services with Quiroga College. This event continues its course of cultivating inter-institutional collaborations, and strengthening bilateral relationships between like-minded organizations.
