Join Centro Romero for a night of DELICIOUS HAND-CRAFTED pizza with all proceeds going to our Legal Department on Saturday, November 21st! Pizzas For Justice has been a long tradition for Centro Romero but this year, due to COVID, we’re doing it just a little differently.
Purchase a package including all of the delicious ingredients to CRAFT YOUR OWN gourmet spiced meat or gourmet mushroom vegetable pizzas*. Handmade all-purpose flour pizza dough, a jar of freshly made spiced tomato sauce, cured salami smoked pepperoni or Earthy, fragrant mushrooms, and stretched and shredded mozzarella cheese.
Package includes instructions and recipe as well as a link to a LIVE demonstration by chef and Centro Romero advisory board member Charles H. Wintersteen of Wintersteen Law Group. The live demonstration will take place at 5pm Saturday November 21st!
*Pizza can be made as a cheese pizza by omitting toppings during cooking.
